Pros:. Service was great. Hospitality was superb. Has 4 wheeler parking. Very neat and clean rooms. Cons:. It is not on the main road, but easily accessible. There was no food or tea service in the hotel.

Service is excellent. Location, behavior of staff, cleanliness outweigh the absence of dining facilities. Two good restaurants nearby and their room services are excellent. Though our stay was for transit only, we were fully satisfied.

Excellent stay and wonderful experience. Person in the reception was very helpful and he even booked Uber ride for us by using his coupon. Overall had a very good experience. The proximity of the hotel is very good. It is located just 150 metres from Ernakulam town railway station. There are many restaurants nearby where you can get tasty food at reasonable price. Even bus stop is at walkable distance. Staff was polite. I would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Breakfast area is spacious and one of the best in a Hampton I have experienced property specially for couples and families, service is good near North railway station only 200 mtr staff

It’s a great place to stay. Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious... Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained hospital. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Orient hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

Very good stay. Clean and very neat premises, situating location also very good, very easy to access the hotel from railway station. AC also working fine, very good hospitality and room service. This one of the best hotel in the Cochin city within the charged price, Have suggested to add at least break fast for the guest who had stayed through out night, it will get added your attraction to get attract more guest.
