Location Okay. Food was not good. room was very bad and pathetic. Service & amenities was not good.

Only the location is good about this place, its very close to railway but, other than that don’t expect any thing 1) cleanliness zero, you can find bed dirty room dirty and even the washroom there are cockroach’s everywhere even in the kitchen 2) they dont give even the basic service i have to call 10 times then they said we dont have it like mineral water, hot water to take bath as they dont have geyser, AC is not functioning properly, you dont get dental kits nothing 3) so why they are charging 2K pluss and then tax, if i have to compromise so much i would have taken room less than 1K per night even 700-800 rs give better ammonites then them ps : i dont have photos as proff but is not allowing me to post review so adding any photos related to hotel thanks

Very clean and well appointed room. Nice property opposite the train station. Friendly staff and nice room service.

Location is very good cleanliness is not upto the standard expected for the amount of money paid rooms are small cannot accommodate 3 beds photos are misleading staff is not helpful we 3 senior citizens reached the hotel at night. They offered us room with one double bed and extra mattress we cannot sit down and getting up from ground is extremely difficult we had booked for 3 nights. Couldn't stay in small room with extra mattress lying down. We cancel-led our booking and had to search for another hotel at night

Hotel is situated at near by high way so environment is very clean and village feel. In front of hotel there is lots of mango tree. Breakfast and stay was good

Not able to check in early at the hotel and waited for 2and half hours for checked-in the room. In second day after room cleaning they have not provided me tha towel in my room.

First when you enter the u have to wait at least 30 min because of staff shortage then if u book super deluxe room the staff gives you a normal room with no basic things available in the room no shower kit provided by the hotel dirty walls ac control by the reception u don't have any control too much electricity problem on the horrible experience my advice don't go in this rather then sleep in the station

Near Gorakhpur railway station. affordable when compared with other nearby options. good interior, Well lit. Air conditioned.

This hotel is exactly located in front exit gate of gorakhpur railway station. Suited excellent for travellers by train. Room was clean and easy check-in process.
