Pleasant stay. Neat and tidy rooms. Large Parking area. Lift facility available

The location is very close to the railway station. No breakfast. Staff were very helpful and well behaved.

It is very near to Kottayam railway station , so it’s very easy to reach in hotel. Very nice room setup, very cooperative staff and very nice food. Very good experience

A very average room with average facilities….. the adjoining lodge is at a handshake distance from your room…. privacy is a causality…. Not a value proposition at all for the cost they charge. I am not returning !

Our Stay at Aariyaas Regency was very good, the hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The food quality and service at the restaurant is good. Best part is location of the hotel, it is very near to Kottayam station.

Our stay at Aariyaas Regency was excellent. The rooms were comfortable, and the service was Good. The restaurant was also fantastic—we had a great meal there. Overall, it was a good stay from start to finish.

Decent room. Proximity to the railway station and restaurants available downstairs are the biggest advantages. The receptionist during early morning check in was nice.. however, the handler at the restaurant was rude and we had to share a table with a stranger. He claimed that we cannot sit anywhere else because the order was taken by a waiter handling the two or three tables he signalled. However, the guy who served us was very nice and caring. The food in the restaurant was too spicy. There was urine smell in the bathroom and toiletries were provided upon our request. The kettle in our room was leaking and the auto cut off option was not working. For the price they charge, the services are not that great.

Checking in after midnight was easy. Room was spacious. Decent toilet with ceiling mountedexhaust fan. Please add soap trays and towel rails, shower separation. Room was clean. Lift was good. AC was good. Attached veg restaurant was ok. Cons: Hot water was not available or delayed in the faucet.

Good service and hospitality, very good staff etc. Overall we are really happy and definitely looking forward to visit here again.

The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, and the rooms are neat and clean. The staff are friendly and very supportive. There's a vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor, and they also offer room delivery. It's a family-friendly place, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Kottayam.
