The property is very beautiful and well maintained. The location was easily accessible. Relaxing and comfortable rooms. The staffs are very friendly. The ambience of the property was great. Food is delicious. Would recommend the property to others as well.

I love this Residency, stay cool very good more comfortable. The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre."

It was simple and nice to stay in aaru residency. It is basically a 1bhk apartment with kitchen chimney and all it was good.

Good housekeeper but bad owner

Location was accessible, clean rooms and good hospitality from housekeeping but the owner (female) has no proper behaviour.

Mis leading with amineties on makemytrip

Room booked with breakfast for three days. But no breakfast provided and they don't know about this booking. After argue with that elder gentleman, he agreed to refund rs 100 for a day. After checkout onoy rs 200 was refunded. Thw amineties no exhaust fan on bathroom, no hot water on a rainy day. No hygiene, full of dust and hair overall terrible
