Review Of Aashish Villa | Pool & Caretaker

Very bad villa , ac didn't working, we ask for pool hit but they don't do , flush don't work location is good but villa is very bad , I don't have other stay option stay in car but don't stay at this villa , poor service

We had a pleasant stay at Ashish Villa

First thing to note that the co-ordinates on the map are completely incorrect. MMT shows it is 600m from station while it is a good 4 kms away from the station. I wanted to stay close to the station which is why I selected this villa, so it was highly inconvenient for me. The experience has been good, the property is neat and clean with all the necessary amenities. The caretaker was very helpful. It is a nice property to stay if you have your own vehicle. There are no shops or restaurants nearby but Swiggy/Zomato works well.

The hygienic ambience was something that was liked by my whole family. Every basic thing was found in the kitchen for cooking. The clean washroom and the villa itself was soothing to the soul. The only thing is the care taker should at-least call or ring bell before simply walking in at any time of the day or night. It hindered a bit of privacy. He should follow basic manners like knocking ringing bell or standing at the door and asking for permission to be in. Rest everything was top knoctch be it cleanliness the care taker the help even it was nice experience to talk to the owner himself over the phone. Will look forward to visit again.

Amenity wise it's wonderful though all the a/c's were not working. Location of the property is also nice who prefer-es calm & quite place but to have food one has to reach highway which is about 3/4 th of a k. M. & the main market place is about 3-4 k. M. However, after locking the courtyard & main gate, you may enjoy as you wish.

Best place to stay with family. Very well maintained and clean. Location is also good. Pool is also neat and clean. Kitchen is well maintained and we craecan use the utensils. Most important, caretaker was helpful.
