As the Asra Hotel was on the side of the road, there was a lot of noise from cars and there was no hot water for bathing. The blanket they provided had a smell, so it must have been used.The water bottle they gave was not sealed, they had filled the water in an old bottle.

A very comfortable and good place to stay at affordable price that too in the centre of the town. Good staff and clean place.

I stayed at Asra Lodge in Ratnagiri for about two weeks. While the location was convenient, my overall experience was not great. The rooms were quite average, and unfortunately, the cupboards had a lot of cockroaches, which made storing things uncomfortable. The hotel did not provide any Wi-Fi, which was a big inconvenience during my stay. Also, hot water was only available for around three hours in the morning, which was quite limiting. Despite staying for an extended period, I was disappointed when the management denied my request for just a 1.5-hour late check-out on the final day. I feel that a little flexibility could have made a big difference, especially for a long-term guest. Overall, I would suggest looking at other options unless you're okay with very basic amenities and limited service.

Worst experience. I booked AC room for my mother and father but they said the AC was not working at all. They tried to offer another room but no AC was working there too and the second room they offered was having a foul smell. So they had to stay without AC even after the booking for AC room. This is not a good thing to be happening. If the hotel is offering the AC services then they should at least check that the AC was working or not before taking the bookings. After complaining at the reception they are saying we cannot do anything as you have booked through online platform. needs to have a look in this.

Stay at asara lodge was quite good. Hotel is under renovation. Rooms are clean, well maintained.
