I had an absolutely fantastic stay! 🌟 Everything about the property exceeded expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful yet well-connected. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and offered great comfort. The staff was incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile 😊. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, with a good variety at every meal. Facilities like Wi-Fi, room service, and cleanliness were top-notch. Property is well accessible and the quality of bed, pillows are not that great. Bed line quality was bad and it was not in hygiene condition. Food is OK

Terrible Stay
Worst service from front office. During checkout time asked for gst bill they says that will take time come next day to collect because account team not available to provide gst bill.

Terrible Stay
Air conditioner was not working and the receptionist was bc with other activities, and we have waited about 10 minutes on the reception.

Poor Stay
Hotel Room was always smelling with cigarette smell so it was highly uncomfortable, television lacked basic channels to watch, breakfast option also lacked basic items.

Average Stay
The room i got was big but felt lacking proper maintenance. It lacked the ambience of a 4!star hotel and the breakfast buffet was below average. For nearly 2k per night i expected more. I would not prefer staying there again until abaam chelsea undergoes some major facelift.

Excellent Stay
Had an excellent stay at abaam chelsea. Rooms were neat and comfortable. They do allow patrons to order food via online food delivery apps. Hotel has good parking space. Breakfast had very limited options though.
