Review Of Abad Brookside

Abad Brookside is a beautiful property with a lovely ambience and exceptionally clean rooms. The amenities are well-maintained, and I appreciated the monkey nets in the balcony and safety measures, especially since there are monkeys in the morning. It is unfortunate to say that there were frequent power cuts fluctuations. They charge extra for a 1-litre water bottle. Room service is limited in timing, and morning tea or coffee isn’t available before 8 AM. Service could also be more prompt, as trays are often left uncleared. Overall, it’s a clean and peaceful place, but with room for improvement in service and food can be little more tastier.

We chose the pool villa, but I really don’t understand how this resort has a 4-star rating. The room was of very poor standard — water was leaking from the roof, leaving the floor wet. Although the staff shifted us to a nearby pool villa, the problem continued. There was no air conditioner or room heater, and the access road to the resort is another 2.5 km of rough off-road terrain. Once you reach, you’re practically stuck until checkout. While the staff were helpful, the overall maintenance was terrible. The room had a stale, unpleasant smell, and the pool was poorly maintained with no heating facility. Definitely not up to 4-star standards.

Very bad experience. This property is classified as 4 star. but in reality this is equal to 2 star. property is very badly maintained. I booked the private pool villa, which is the most expensive room available here and i faced this. The only good thing about the property is staff's are good. other than that, everything is bad.

We stayed in the pool cottage for one day; the stay was pleasant, although the pool and other amenities required maintenance. The breakfast was very good, and we appreciated being close to woods.

I recently stayed at this resort and was thoroughly unimpressed. The pool was dirty, and there were no towels available nearby, despite a towel box being present. The food was served to our room, but the staff didn't collect the plates promptly, even after we handed them over. The room itself was poorly maintained and felt like a lodge. The lack of cleanliness and attention to detail was disappointing. I had high expectations, but this place fell short. The kids' play area was a letdown - it was muddy and the equipment wasn't functional. We also experienced multiple power cuts during our stay. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this resort. It wasn't worth the money, and I regret booking it. Perhaps they need to work on their maintenance and service to live up to their online reputation. *Suggestions for Improvement:* - Maintain pool cleanliness and ensure towels are readily available - Improve room maintenance and cleanliness - Enhance kids' play area facilities and ensure equipment is functional - Reduce power cuts and ensure reliable electricity supply - Train staff to collect plates promptly and maintain a clean environment

Room was good but small as shown in picture. Premier room toilet are smelling due to there location and Bathroom toilet washbasin was partially chocked .. overall is not good experience..

The resort was good in wildlife ambience. But I would recommend to improve Room amenities like iron box, hair dryer, slippers, pyjamas etc and room services also.

Excellent stay with a nice brooke, good house and food. The beautiful forest vibe was the best part.
