A nice property in agonda, close to the beach, that you can reach to the beach with 400-500m of walk. There are a lot of restaurants on the road in front of the property. The rooms were enough big with 24*7 hot water. Only a couple of negative things, in one of the four standard ac rooms, the ac does not work consistently due to voltage fluctuations on the line that room is connected, and i don't know why they have put one room at different line and rest on a different electricity line. Apart from that, toiletries provided are only a couple of medimix small soaps, nothing much, so you have to carry your own. No electric cattle in the room. There is a tv with tatasky setup box with no recharge and no channels working which you, however, hardly use. There is enough parking space in the property. The care taker family is helpful.

They have provided even water bottles. There was no mini freezer in the room. Not value for money. I gives only 2/10 for place.

The cottages are not exactly in front of the beach if you are looking for that, although it's just 2 min walk

Liked the property and service was also good.
