My first stay in this hotel. They had auto upgraded my stay since i travel-led with my family. It was a nice stay overall. They provided clean linen and other basic amenities. Front office behaviour is good.

dushri baar bhi seva me koi kami nahi raha, bus khana tasty nahi tha, khana ke liye koi naya aur achha quality wala restaurant dekhna chahiye aapko,Thanks Abode to make us feel like home ❤️

The stay is pleasant, the staff and reception is cooperative & helpful. Food is also good and affordable. Washroom has all needed facilities.

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel! the staff provided impeccable service, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was very clean and tidy. The location & amenities were good, and the overall experience was very satisfactory. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was simply made to feel at home from the beginning. The rooms are very clean. The location is very quiet, but not out-of-the-way. The interior decor is attractive. All questions were dealth with quickly and courteously.

We stayed here at 3 nights. The hotel is very well maintained. Rooms are neat and clean. Their interior is traditionally decorated. The staff is very polite and cooperative. They have very limited breakfast. They serve 2 dishes i. Breakfast with bread butter jam and fruit juice. Chef was very cooperative, he made stuffed parantha for my son. There was plumbing problem in our rooms which they fixed on immediate basis.

It was a wonderful stay, enjoyed the new rooms, well lit, clean and comfy. The location is very near to police bazar. The whole team and management was wonderful to us. Overall enjoyed my stay. Just a suggestion need a cupboard in the room, hope it will be there in the next visit.

Location in center of the city and quite a ready city view & very good hospitality. I won't definitely recommend this and planning on visiting again. Visiting in peak winter season of february this year with night temp dropping to 6c but hotel was comfortable even in that temparature.

Lovely old world charm. The staff were very friendly the rooms were excellent. Unfortunately in shillong hotels don't have lifts. We had some problems with an aged member of our party and the staff carried the person up 2 floors of steps on a plastic chair. We really felt looked after.

The stay was excellent and very cozy. |the hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. Must try food in the restaurant. We tried momos and stroganoff and it was very delicious|hotel has all day hot water availability, though rooms are small in size but it might be same for any other hotels around here.

Very good hotel, location was also very good. The room was little bit small but good. Food like home, highly recommended. Its a pet friendly hotel, which i like very much. The behavior of the staff was very good. The timing of serving food needs to be fixed.

+the ambience, location facilities behaviour of the staffs were too good. It was hell of an experience to stay with the whole of our group at one place and enjoying our hearts out. Loved the scenery. Book 202 or 203 to enjoy the view
