Beautiful stay, very good staff behaviour, rooms are clean. Location wise in the middle of the market

Property's location is accessible and easy to locate. All facilities are available in it.Room cleaning and attendance are awesome and very praiseworthy.

Good but more improvement is must Breakfast is very poor. Staff behaviour is unpleasant. Sanitary facility is very poor. Bed covers were not at all clean.

Hotel the Abode residency is located near to Police Bazar. The space in room is not enough. Bathroom in my alloted room did not have proper facilities and balcony didn't provide good views.

Avoidable. This place is used by local boys to drink late at night. One can hardly sleep because of drinking and shouting till late. Housekeeping is poor and linen is very dirty. Very little hot water. Location is around a two wheeler repair market, so expect a busy, oil and greasy market. Only positive thing is helpful staff.

The room was very small with no facility of breakfast option. Also the location is not suitable to find any taxi and one need to walk 10/12 minutes to police bazar area to get transport and fooding options

One word: poor. There’s no proper communication between the staff themselves as each one has a different rule set for the tourist. First they told 2 bottles of water would be complementary for every 24 hrs and by the time of checkout they denied that these would only be complementary for the entire stay! moreover they claimed we consumed 4 litres of drinking water while in fact we used only 3 litres. And the funniest of all- they allocated the wrong room to us while we booked twin bedded rooms leaving the other guest in confusion when we pointed that out and left. On the positive side, the room were spacious enough to fit 3 elephants! if you don’t want to do this business why even bother? it appears like the staff or the owner don’t care about their hotel and the guests and are open just for sake!

This budget friendly luxury hotel is a 7-8 min walk from police bazar, rooms are well maintained and staff behaviour is really worth mentioning. Everyone starting from mr. Manager to all the staffs made sure that we are comfortable. Their hospitality is top notch. Manager also arranged better rooms than we actually booked. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, they always served us with a smile. The food served is really good, though you might feel the price is on the higher side, but once you have it, there is no going back. We had a very pleasant 5nights stay there, heartiest thanks to everyone for making the stay memorable.

Location is far from centre point pb. Room was small and dirty. Bathroom had no hanger for clothes. Room had no closet. Very bad experience.

it's below average in all segments . I booked in approx Rs 5000/- but room was even not fit for INR 1500 /- DIRTY TOWEL . NO TEA AND COOKIES PROVIDED AS PER BOOKING . LOCATION IS OK . I EVEN FEEL SORRY FOR MMT TO KEEP SUCH PROPERTY IN THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS

Hotel was good but room service and reception response was very poor. Improvement should be done to do the service better.

Terribly small room which gets over before it starts. The owners are very sweet. That's the only saving grace. Not recommended for families or children. No space to move around. We went for the bryan adams concert and didn't get any place to stay for the night so had to pay an exhorbidant 5000 rupees for the night. Would not pay more than 800-900 for this room. Balcony looks out into a gutter. It's ok for those budget students. Not for families or couples.
