Terrible Stay
It is all fake vs reality I had faced,it is a Christian missionary hostel for poor people and orphanage converted for hotel for monetary benefit I had to cut short my visit after seeing the hotel facilities, no car parking was provided , the rooms were small and haunted straight out from a horror movie , we would not advise families to book at this wretched piece of property, my visit was marred by this horrible experience at the hotel , by the way MIST STANDS FOR MUNNAR INTERGRATED society for social transformation MY RATINGS ARE 0/5 * total waste of my time and money we had to forego my booking amount of 4 days paid earlier on MMT , fake and false information provided on MMT FOR THIS PROPERTY this is my honest review from the bottom of my heart It is a orphanage run by nuns converted to stay for financial benefit please avoid this property at any cost or bear the consequences

Good Stay
The property is maintained clean, bathrooms and balconies everything is good. There was no fan in the room maybe because the temperature is low so manageable. heater/inverter hot and cool ac not there to keep the room warm, if they installed that will good. They maintained a reception area like an old Museum, The ambience is good. But, the road starting after the gate of the property is really very very bad, not recommended for going on a bike.

Average Stay
The hotel room was good.toilets are very clean.but blankets on the bed was not good. It,s just 2.5 km to munnar KSRTC bus stand.location is good to find.

Poor Stay
location finding is a little difficult task. Without asking they are not providing breakfast even after pre booked breakfast included stay.

Average Stay
Property is good. They were suppose to provide room as indicated in your site like bigger room with king size bed etc., However they had provided smaller room with normal bed. Water needs tobe picked up by us from common place in the floor.

Good Stay
The hotel room was very clean and spacious. The behaviour of the hotel staffs were also very good . Location is little far from the centre Nice stay, highly recommended.

Terrible Stay
No water in the room. No fan. No plastic in the dustbin. It’s a part of a church.. so if u aren’t a Christian, you’ll feel weird staying here. The rooms are so average in aesthetics, it’s so over priced !

One night stay at ac mist munnar
Very convenient location. Cordial and helpful staffs. Clean cozy and comfortable room, also a balcony with very nice view. Overall excellent experience.

Terrible Stay
It's my 7th time staying here. But, this time i feel very worst. We booked 10 beds rooms. Only one bathroom. They not provide towels and water. I asked them. But they told they will give. But upto next day also they not provide. Very wrist response from reception. Here after, i never come this hotel and i never refer anyone. Goodbye ac mist.

Cancel-led the trip
We were unable to visit munnar, since my child was not well, we cancel-led the trip. It was good support from make my trip during booking. If possible make adjustments for small refund.

Hotel is average with good staff. No option for breakfast or dinner in hotel. Hotel is located at good height so to go inside hotel you have to do a good effort

Good stay for group and single person near to the market and bus stop
Nice and clean for group the location is near by to the bus stand and market is also close tho the hotel
