Stayed in room 202. No ac, tv not working, toilet 3x3. Can't take bath. Geyser available but can't use except mug and bucket. Commode without jet, water overflowing. No restaurant. Only good thing was staff and manager were cooperative and tried whatever they could. Room was cheap. The mmt mislead through wrong i formation in the app. Please check the hotel by visiting before trapping customers. Take it as sincere feedback for improvement.

As per the record, you have booked an economy small non-ac room instead of a bigger deluxe or executive room. We only provide room service for food orders. we are not trapping, misleading, or providing wrong information to the customer as everything was up to the mark and mentioned over the portal as per your booking.
