Stay was good. Staff was courteous and helpful. They all helped with tour points and directions. Room was neat and clean. Location is a little bit further from white town, but not too much.

It was a good stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable and bed was large enough to accommodate a small child. Buffet breakfast was great. Spread was good. It also has a nice indoor kid's play area. Service staff were polite. Location wise it's about 10-15 mins drive from main areas like white town.

Accord is situated in the heart of puducherry. We had a long walk in auroville and checked in during evening. We were welcomed warmly and the staffs are so helpful. Special mention about murugan who helped us so well. There is a good kids play area. Also the restaurent gave us a homely feel. Food was really good.

Neat and clean room. Good behavior of staffs food is costly but ok. Due to vacation rate of rooms were too high still over all experience is good.

Our check in was done on time. Hospitality and service was really good. The hotel is located in the main road and in the city. The food was tasty and could find new dishes. The new beer bar is fantastic.

It’s the best place to stay if you ate travel-ling with a baby. They have lot of customised baby food options like kichdi. They will also make baby porridge if you bring along the porridge powder. Warm milk is available 24/7 for the baby

Location wise, very convenient location, excellent food. We requested special food suitable for a patient with peptic ulcer, which was provided complementary for dinner, for breakfast also such special food was provided. Good amenities, excellent service. We strongly recommend the property for couples as well for business trip.

It was the perfect stay. The room was very good and clean. Amazing spread and delicious breakfast. The staffs was highly professional and helpful at the hotel right from the main door to anywhere u walk inside the hotel. The restaurant manager (of season) was extremely friendly and proactive, helping with everything we needed for our entire 3days stay. I recommend people to experience stay at accord puducherry.
