The property is located in beautiful and peaceful area of Morijim , with extremely cool balcony.The property matches 💯 as it's shown on the photo. The caretaker will be just one call away and very helpful.All essential food items , win shop will be nearby only. Parking is available . I had wonderful experience in the hotel, It's totally worthy.

The stay was really superb with the beaches and cafe / bar at walking distance. The balcony has its own importance to give the view of church. This was lovely to stay here.

Hotels Is Just Assum Well Furnished and Newly Constructed, Room Is Way 2 Spacious, And The Owner I don't Know The lady Name But She is Very Kind, she will make shure u reach hotel at the easiest way, n care taker Mr.Mukund he is just wonderful person he will help you in all the possible way he can u just make a wish n he will make it happen like Gini😍 for you.... would love to recommend and come back to this hotel again, I have traveled an num of place in world stayed at best place in luxurious property during my work but so far i could say in budget hotels this hotel will never disappoint you at kind of rooms they have...

The hotel is decent. Wifi was not working. I was told that the wifi recharge was not being done. The attendant “dhananjay” was very helpful. This is a very good budget hotel. Morjim beach is 1. 7 kms so location is good too.

I booked it for three nights, bad smell was coming in the room, no hot water available, pillows are nasty, hotel was no looking like the pics mentioned.

We visited this place in the end of october 2023. Pros spacious room con dirty room ( cockroaches in the room ) no wifi in the room and when asked the owner they gave lame reasons that we have it in the reception and we are giving less price. I seriously suggest people to try other hotel if you can afford decent money for at least basic facilities.

Worst experience at adara prime. we faced issues like room hygiene there was so much ants which bit-ed us whole night and bedsheets was not clean it was torn. Not exactly near any beach it is around 14 km. Tv wasn't working as the connection was cut by their neighbors. We would not recommend anyone this place. As a couple we found it difficult.
