Just thought my decision was right good property nice rooms are good all staff were good in behavior the breakfast is good I suggested this property for every traveler's no need to find other place ADITYA HOTEL is best option.

It was a great experience with Aditya hotel. Nice staff and helpful. Food service is very good. Nice location view from the roof top. So I suggest every one to visit Aditya Hotel at Orchha once because it is a one and only property in Orchha with low price rooms.

We stayed 28-30th December, 2015. We booked from makemytrip by Rs. 2100/- with discount. It's position, service, food and room are very good. I suggest you to stay here. All spots are too closer from hotel within 2km. We booked tempo by Rs. 250/-.

Good Relaxing Stay

Hotel is good overall. Comfortable Check-in. Management Behaviour is Very nice. But Basic amenities like water is sub standard. It is better to ask for Mineral Packaged Water rather complementary water provided by hotel. Food is arranged from nearby restaurants to guests which is not so good, and it is expensive too.

Staff is helpful but not aware about pure check in facility. If we arrive 4 or 5 hours earlier, you will have to pay the full day's charge for the room. This is not good!

The hotel is very small but the location is quite good. All the centre of attractions of orchha were at a walking distance from the hotel.

2. Rooms had multiple jhingur/crickets in side the room. They have no parking inside the compound.

Very bad experience. Washroom was dirty, bed cover are very dirty, there is no room service, no one was there to carry my bags to my room. No food facility.

I have visited orcha with lots of expectations and after paying around 1500, the room and hotel was listed fake pricing, no ac, no hygiene no room service dirty bathroom, that room was't deserves 500 bukes i have 1500, i had terrible experience.

Terrible Stay

Me and my family had a stay for only one night as we were on our way from delhi to khajuraho. We wouldn't be able to reach khajuraho in a single day, so we booked a room in this hotel. The moment we reached, there was only one person and that person also was drunk and was chewing beetle nut (gutka) and was continuously vomiting. After giving us the room, and an extra bed, that guy went to sleep and would not wake up. Overall, this hotel is not suitable for a stay in orchha. Please find another hotel in this locality.

Terrible Stay

No service, no sense of looking after guests. No power backup. In short unfit to be in list of hotels. Should be fined and made to refund room charges. Hotel should be de listed and punished for duping guests.
Very poorly maintained, equipped. No chairs, no water bottles, no tea bags, dirty bed sheets, blanket. No ventilation, very small room. Broken toilet seat, broken taps in bathroom.
