worst experience. Rooms are not clean. Changing bed sheets when we ask. Toilets are dirty. No exaust fan. No hot water. we are afraid of taking bath in the hotel and let hotel without taking bath. At midnight suddenly ac stopped working. Someone switched of ac power because it is centrally maintained.No parking .Better to avoid this hotel

Very kind Hospitality from the staffs. They were treating the customers very kindly and carefully.

I had a bad experience. Room was not clean and thee is no ac. Fully bad smell inside of the room. When i book i saw breakfast is free but there is no breakfast given to us. Totally not worth for money i pay. Because of this i vacated room 4 hrs early from check out time.

Worst room service ever am seen this hotel. Breakfast bring to near road side shops. Complementary soap and shampoo not available

Location was good, behaviour of staff is very good, they should give bathroom towels, soap etc to costumers. It’s mandatory, i think.

Not good for family, very pathetic hotel it was. We can’t even say it as a hotel, it was just below standard lodging rooms so we didn’t checked-in and escalated the issue to booking agent.

WORST. Terrible experience. you need to fight with them to even clean the room. All rooms will stink of cigarette and Alcohol smell. Pakka low grade hotel.No room service.p No lift and so unruly staff. They keep playing blame game with each other. they are least bothered about the guest and dont know how to service guest at all. Never ever try this hotel.

Excellent place. Room interior is good. Comfortable stay. Economically also very suitable place. Room service also good. Breakfast only average. Improve that quantity. Otherwise ok.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp bed sheets. The bathroom has a good cleaned. Lovely and amazing hotel. Stayed in this hotel last week. Had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Staff in this hotel is very friendly as this is new hotel the facilities and ambience was really good. Room was big and quality of food was good with reasonable price.

Worst room, toilet wasn't clean, they cleaned after we insisted. The main switch to ac is with them at reception, after we slept they switched off the ac which i realised only around 04. 30am while heading to bath, the water was dry already and i had to complain after which they switched on the motor and i was able to bath only after 30mins the amount i paid for a room was not even worth and they didn't even provide complimentary bottle of water and i had to argue for it. Very poor

Hotel is good but little bit has to improve, and lot of power problems night times

The staffs routinely switching the ac control on and off and the ac control is near by the reception remaining everything was comfortable

1. Uncleaned room, 2. Poor quality bedspread. I don't think it has gone for laundry. 3. Very bad toilet. 4. Noisy room located on the highway; due to vehicle movement, lights are passing inside, which disturbed our sleep. 5. There is no toilettery items in the toilet like towel, tooth brush.

Shady rooms with not so clean duvets and linen. No toiletries or towels. Neither are extra pillows provided. Too pricey for the amount charged. Rates should have been 50% or lesser. Not worth the stay.
