The stay was good. Room was clean with all amenities. Room was not that big for junior suite but it's okay. Front desk is very helpful and prompt. Gym should improve, equipments are not functioning and even other guests had complained about it. Rest all good. Room service, in room dining is prompt. Buffet spread for breakfast and other meals was good. Food taste was good. Service is good.

Hotel staff are quite courteous and helpful. Upgraded my room without any charges. Good breakfast stuff. Cozy room and it is in the heart of the city. Quite satisfied and strongly recommend this for personal and business trips.

A nice hotel at a very good location.The rooms are of decent size and are clean. The staff is polite. The room service though is a hassle. They say they will only clean the rooms after 1 PM do not turn up even if requested. I think it is outsourced and even the person at reception wasn't happy with there service. Overall a good stay for people on budget
