Complimentary breakfast should be opened in right schedule time. Kitchen was not opened till 8-am. Please look in to the matter.

Overall stay was ok, but geyser in the bathroom was not working. Service staff takes long time to respond sometime but staff people were generally good and kind.

When we checked in the hotel at night the receptionist told us the lift was not working. And the booked rooms are on 3rd and 4th floor. It was not possible to walk up and down the stairs as we were all very tired. I asked the receptionist to cancel the booking, to which he said that you have booked thru make my trip so you contact them i tried to contact make my trip and tried for 15 minutes to get in touch with customer care. But the automated response of the system kept telling me that the customer care will call you the next day after 11am. What am i going to do talking to customer care next day when the problem had to be solved immediately. Please all think twice before using make my trip. Out of 2 rooms we had booked one of the bathroom windows was broken so we had to cover with a towel to make the bathroom usable.

Hotel provides no protection from mosquitoes we couldn't sleep through the night because of mosquitoes, the mosquito repellent provided wasn't working

The behaviour of the person in the reception wasn’t good. When i asked for giving a gst bill after my check out he misbehaved me and used slang languages. They didn’t give me the gst bill even they told me they couldn’t be able to give the gst bill and the person in the reception shouted at me. It was completely unprofessional. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Our booking had breakfast included but later they told us breakfast won’t be served to non ac rooms. No proper sanitation, even the bed sheets had holes

I booking a non ac deluxe room and paid an extra rs. 300 for a complementary breakfast. However, the hotel manager refused to give a complementary breakfast. And as there was non availability of the type of room we booked. They provide us another type of room with a clogged drain and lots of dirty smells.
