Hello! my stay in advaith. Lancer was really nice. People out, there are very much cooperative, humble, and polite. I really felt like my home only. Kudos to the entire team !

Comfortable stay for families in this temple town, the hotel is just 1. 5 km's from the sharadamba temple. Very courteous staff and they are having an attached kitchen, in which they prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner on request. Continuous hot water is available.

Hotel advaith lancer, sringeri have a good ambience and great river view from rooms and good location also. Amenities in the rooms were also excellent.

Good staff. But not available food in the evening. Need to maintain more because we are paying high cost. Too far from temple not walkable. Senior citizens not preferable

Pros: it's at the entry of the city view from room towards river spacious room cons: no power back up poorly maintained no proper parking space

Location was good. We have stayed here earlier on 3 occasions. A lot of improvements are required with respect to cleanliness. I may prefer not to stay here in future

Good rooms and with good river view and mountains, bathroom were stained and need to be cleaned thoroughly, breakfast was average, staff service is good, beds were clean with mattress wornout. Overall not value for money and decent stay for spending night.

The hotel will not match up to the expectations of visitors, especially those from cities. The property as such has got good potential due to its location, parking space etc. But to the best will meet only the lodging needs of customers. Needs a good manager at the desk who can coordinate and ensure it meets the expectations of customers.

Rooms are ok. Not very clean. Food and plates are not very hygienic. They claim that breakfast is complimentary. Milk is complimentary if taken with breakfast. It is chargeable if taken before breakfast! i did not understand this logic. Affordable rooms. Not a bad option if you dont find anything else
