Basic tent stay is good

We stayed in a basic tent. We were riding from leh back to manali, so it was a stop over. The tent is basic, its fine, the dinner was good and warm and hearty. The views around are great, which is what you come to sarchu for, not a luxury stay. They did have nicer tents, but we didnt see inside. The charge was same as all sarchu places, which is high in the season, but what can you do.

The host was not accurately informed about our booking and advance payment. Mm t had informed only about half the booking which took us time standing out in the cold. Hosts were very helpful but the company was poorly equipped in handling our booking. Will surely choose another camp next time.

Location food hygiene safety

Location is in remote place. Food was good. No water in bathroom so hardly maintain hygiene. Safety is also big concern.
