I booked the hotel for 3 nights, on arrival at gangtok on 1 st may24, i face very difficulties to find out the exact location of the property because the navigation key in the make my trip app leads me to a tour agency office and the contact number in the app for the property was a wrong one, finally i checked in on 1 st may24. On 2nd may morning around 5. 45 hrs i tried to go out from the hotel for a walk and tea and outside was in full day light, but the gate was closed from inside and no one was in the reception and no contact number to contact any hotel person, finally after pressing a calling bell nearly for 20 times, one hotel boy came out and informed me that they will open the gate till 7'o clock and i am not supposed to go out now. In the morning i contacted make my trip app and as per their advice i vacated room in 2nd may morning itself and the customer service agent assured me that they will cancel the the remaining 2 days trip and will give the refund to me for the remaining 2 days. But till date i didn't got any refund at all. So in conclusion, even for an emergency, you can not come out from the property until the hotel boy woke up who were some where in a hidden place in the hotel and if you booked for more than one day, and if you want cancel partially there is no way, you will not get back the money
