The room was decent, washroom was good and clean. Staffs were unprofessional but the location of the hotel was good and easily approachable. I recommend this stay to others.

Lots of improvement needed

It took some time to locate the hotel and area around the hotel is noisy. The washroom was very small and untidy. Staff behavior was okay. The bedsheet was uncleaned, so we ask to change it but they didn't.

No value for money selected room was not given. Room was dirty bedsheets dirty no toiletries provided. We have selected super deluxe ac room however it was normal small room broken washbasin no soap nothing.

No room was left there

No room was left there when I reached even though I had booked it before 2 days from stay. Greedy hotel owner booked it to another person and he told me to stay at another hotel when I reached to that hotel's room bed sheet was full of dust, neither fresh water in bathroom nor towel. It was worst experience in my life

I was in Agra due to some business purposes and booked hotel through MakeMyTrip but my experience was really worst. Hotel name was Agra paying guest house. Accommodations facilities were more than horrible. Toilets were disgusting, behaviour of hotel staff was also terrible bed sheets and food was dam unhygienic. I never again book hotel from MakeMyTrip and suggest same for everyone.
