Apt location where all amenities can be seen nearby. There is a coffee making machine and i got my coffee early morning 4 am. Fully satisfied with their service.

1) the property is very near to the ksrtc busstand. No need to engage auto, if you have roll-able luggage. 2) there is no resturant in the property; but near by there are facilities to choose resturants according to one's budget. The property owner has an online delivery company called: odiko. You could place order through them. Price is reasonable; and one could get hot food delivered at in the room quickly. 3) hygiene is okay. 4) the room allotted to us was not in the main building; but in a remote isolated corner. The property was not full. They could have us accommodated in the main building of the hotel. They have provided tiny 1 inch luggage lock for the room. Hence, use your lock, when you go out.
