It was an family stay with parents and my children. Very neat and clean room for family stay in this budget. No water heater in room was bit disappointed for family stay. Decent stay in this budget

I have booked this ashiwarya residency through makemytrip web portal. Price as per room is ok, but need to add tea or coffee availability in those types of residency

The residency offers comfortable stay but lacks in few aspects such as uncleaned bedsheet, provisioning of no soap/towels. It was ok for one night stays. Wifi, tv and ac working good.

The place was quite good. There is no car parking facility available. Rooms were okayish but no basic amenities like drinking water, toiletries etc. Was provided.

Less amenities are here lacking of hot water for bathing. Is it okay for emergency staying not for enjoyment purposes

Rooms are ok. No hot water available for bathing only 1 towel wad given although we booked for 3 persons. Excuse that due to rain as towels send were washing did not dry very lame excuse not recommended for family

The property was mentioned as new but the bath room shows that quality and no towel, no soap, no water bottle. Place not suitable for business travellers
