There is no room service in the resort. Pool is dirty and room cleanliness was not up-to the mark.

Never expected such a poor service. No one was there to attend us, no one was aware of the online booking. Pathetic quality of rooms and it's hygiene, how you recommend this hotel this is Chaddar Badal hotel no one is ready to pay for this and you collected money from us, this is terrific.

Services are not as per the rates, AC was working properly, inter come phone not provided for room services, swimming pool was not working, bathroom was very poor, not cleaned, it was very pathetic.
