Clean rooms with good outer views and good food stuff but there is a need of proper packing of food due to cold weather and make a check on room service guys they can’t attend properly

Location is very nice. Mountain view of glacier from window, little far away from horse riding point. Food is very good and healthy. Supportive staff. Room is very clean.

Hotel is very nice and food is also very tastey. Room service and cleanliness of hotel is very good. We enjoyed at Aksa hotel. The manager Mr. Kaisar is very co-operative person. The staff of hotel is very sincere. We are enjoyed Srinagar with Aksa Hotel.

It was a pleasant stay. Mr. Showhat who looks after the property is very kind .. He looks after every small aspect of guest requirement. Good hotel. Must stay. Do visit if you stay in Pahalgam. Rich, comfort, location, food is awesome

Aksa Resorts is very good hotel at Pahalgam, Kashmir. The location of this hotel is on the Hill. There is a little river just below the hotel so its looks very nice. The environment is very quite and peaceful. The room condition of this hotel is very good. The garden of this hotel is very nice. The complimentary Buffet breakfast also very good.

Hotel facilities is very good. Room also very good. Location is cool. Buffet breakfast also very delicious. DINNER IS SO VERITY AND ALL THINGS OF HOTEL IS QUITE SATISFACTORY. The hotel on a hill so you can see river also.

Pahalgam being a natural beauty itself…-atop sits the aksa resorts giving u a great picturesque location ,and a serene place to enjoy with family,the bine fire at the night ,great hospitality at dinner by aquib and naeeim .A lovely place to stay.The place is difficult to reach due to its location , and narrow roads

Property is in middle of jungle with nothing nearby. But it was peaceful and very close experience to nature. It has some flaws like hot water timings were fixed, food was okayish but overall it was good experience. One can go for trek at 4pm in jungle

Overall experience is fine. Only problem was there is electricity problem and no hot water supply in room. No electricity overnight. Food is good.

Excellent place with great view of valley and snow staff are very good spatially mr. Shaukat he was so helpful and supportive .. And his services were so good and adorable but the resort needs some maintenance work in toilets and needs to provide hot running water

All I can say is that the location is awesome, though it lacked amenities but after being here for a day & night I absolutely forgot about anything else. The hotel is place on the mountain top. The 1. 5 km of pathway is extraordinary covered in pine trees on both sides. Stay here & get a view of lidder river flowing down the mountain.
