Clean, safe, comfortable and convenient. Good to stay. Mm t experience is excellent and it’s good for family stay.

Not a luxury hotel, can be used for any small works. Food is not available but many food courts nearby. People at the reception are not welcoming

We booked a delux room for 3 adults and paid for extra bed. However, the hotel staff was clueless about our booking and very rude. He charged me extra for water. The room was so small and had no place to put extra bed. The ac was not working and after 15mts of trouble shooting they got it working. Breakfast was part of the booking and there was no clue when they will serve it. Staff would never give a proper answer and their behavior was as if they were doing a favor sine it was late in the day we just slept there and checked out early morning. A much better hotel was available at jayanagar at a cheaper rate. I would never book this place again. Instead of discount make my trip should refund me the extra bed and breakfast charges

Never stay here. They dont care about customers they are cheating customers pols dont stay here. Food quality bad staff attitude very very bad

Very polite staff. Always ready to serve you in the best manners. Morning complimentary has a limited menu that they will serve in the room. No buffet. Very much close to the street food market. They should increase the breakfast menu.

For the price they are charging. The hygine is not good. Staff's behaviour is worse and so judgy

Clean room, clean toilet, good staffs. Nothing special, just normal. Nothing to complain.

They have not supplied free breakfast as mentioned in the booking time. They didnt provide food too, so that we had to order from outside

I booked only room, cleanliness was good, just staff at reception was not so professional, behavior was not a good manner.

We had to change to three different rooms, as the restroom was awful, please don't recommend this hotel to anyone, the worst we have faced.

Rates are not charged as per the details on the web page. It was mentioned 24-hour check-in but forced me to check out early.

The hotel's location is excellent. Very near to Lalbagh. A very busy area and you will get many stuff from there. The rooms were good and clean. The staff also very supportive. The negative thing is they don't have a cafeteria or a restaurant with in the hotel. But since many food centers are nearby it is adjustable.

Good for business trips. Rooms are smelly. Kitchen is next to rooms hence smoke and smell is filled in corridors. Parking of cars is not organised... If someone parks wrong then you need to wait until that he comes back.

It was amazing stay. Wonderful people. Centre location. But trouble for couples. Not very friendly. Very rule oriented staff. Owner sandesh very polite and kind person. Hope some changes related to couple policy very be updated and make it as per trend.
