I paid for breakfast while booking but they denied breakfast, when i showed them my booking they said they cant able to provide the breakfast and denied to refund breakfast charges.

Hotel runs a restaurant in the ground floor and whole concentration is by the owner is in that venture only. bathroom just in front of your bed

Cleanliness
They didn't clean the room well, leftover found in toilet, no blankets, no water to drink, while sleeping you can hear the vehicles sound, and also the altering sound in the building.

Customer friendly accommodation
For many women traveling alone like me, it is often best to stay safe. Good atmosphere and clean room and good manners are the best you can get for every customer who stay there. The friendly interaction they show with the residents makes us feel like we still have to stay there.
