excellent service,mind blowing please add this type hotel more inbthe entire India but I found silk villa guest house terrible i have booked a big room but the hotel manager has given me a small room and i several times want to connect

Staff is good. Hotel price is cheap compare to other hotels. Nothing much.

Not upto the mark. Not going to stay there. Never again. The manager wants to compare the room with swith dezire and toyota innova.🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️

Make my trip force me to pay extra 5. 500. Hotel people mistakenly assign wrong room. At the time of check out the hotel was asking to pay 3000 for the wrong room. Is it my mistake ? they have assigned the wrong room. And make my trip customer care told me to pay 500. I have wasted more than an hour to check out. Wasted my time and paid 500 extra
