The manager of the hotel was extremely coordinating. He helped to make the stag an excellent one. The hotel was well sanitized. Overall it was a very good experience.

Rooms have great view in good location. It take 20/rs to reach mg mark. Nice food. Staff were excellent. They arranged my local sightseeing vehicle. I recommend the hotel for family.

Hotel was good and the view from the was also good but the some of the staffs will not cooperate with customers.

It's could have been a nice stay if the staffs (except 1) were responsive

Good basic amenities, breakfast, cleanliness. Bad staff behavior and responsiveness, no travel desk as said Location wise it's 50-50, we had view of Valley but nothing to visit in near by distance. In room 3 out of 4 lights were not working and even after asking them to rectify it they were sitting like it's not there issue. When we were off to to go Lake visit, we asked to clean room but that said not happen due to irresponsible desk staff. Overall average.

My stay was pleasurable except for the unexpected delays and forgetfulness of the hotel staff. It is good in terms of room facilities and amenities but sometimes the room service is very late they forget the things you ordered etc. Also there is no personal car of the hotel to carry you to the terminus etc. And the hotel is quite a bit far from mg Marg the City center. Returning at night cost you more than the normal cost.

It was OK experience as hotel was just OK, we had fun with other trips.
It was OK experience as one of the days geyser didn't work. Cleanliness was OK, bed-sheets had stains and blanket was dirty.

Staff is very rude especially the receptionist. They will not respond to your queries and in case any requests like send missing toiletries they'll rudely answer your phone such that you don't call them again.
