One of a kind stay on the hills of north bengal.

It was an excellent one of a kind experience where you get the feel of a typical stay at the hills along with luxury. The hospitality was wonderful. The team headed by mr. Abhijit is very well trained and hospitable.

Terrible Stay

Disappointing shower facilities made it impossible to take a proper shower, resulting in the need to use a bucket for a bath. The property is managed by an individual lacking knowledge in maintenance. Feeling completely deceived by the taj brand, the staff seemed helpless and continuously shifted blame to their head office. Our entire group departed the premises without showering, feeling thoroughly swindled.
