Best stay i have ever had, the staff is so nice and polite, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Clean bedroom and bathroom. The view is amazing. The food is tasty and fresh.

Manali trip with family.

Property is located approximately 14 km from main manali city. Food taste is average. As property is situated in outskirts, it has problem of insects like spiders & caterpillar. Rooms are clean but required maintenance. Staff is helpful. Overall experience is average not value for money.

Good Stay

We stayed with family having 2 kids, enjoyed the stay. Had breakfast and dinner it's limited items and they are good and tasty. Kids had some time in park and the later enjoyed watching mountains. Later busy with cartoon in tv. Good for just 1 day stay.

Worst experience of my life

booked my stay in this pathetic resort and the resort did not have the rooms available which we got to know after arriving at the place. We checked out tge next morning and haven't recieved a refund till date. The resort is dirty and in a pathetic condition. Don't trust the pictures.

Average Stay

It was good but we expected a lot more as per photos. 1. Rooms were vert small 2. Food in dinner buffey was very oily. 3. Breakfast was good. 4. No cab facilities. 5. Kids area was there but very risky for kids as trempoline didn't had cover, floor was not accurate for slides there grass with pebbles which can harm kids sliding from there. 6. Staff was very good and helping arranges umbrella for us when needed. Overall it was a good experience

Bathrooms had a bad odour in all rooms. We booked 3 premium ac rooms. Ac was not functional in one of them and staff did not help resolve the issue. Instead they continuously argued that ac was working fine. They did not resolve the issue or changed that one room. There was no ventilation in the room either. I would not recommend booking this place. Hotel & resorts should offer warm hospitality otherwise they are in the wrong business.

It is totally worth the money that you are paying. Do not expect a 5 star facility in this amount. I would say this is a decent hotel for families as well. Although they need to improve their food quality.

It's a awesome stay plus point is it's location is terrific. Only negative is wash room size. It's small but else everything is fine
