Very noisy guests

Very noisy, the hotel management should take care that the noisy guests are asked to restrain themselves at night. Rooms are large but antique. Bathroom is not up to the mark. Room service needs improvement, ordered a cup of tea which took 1 hour to arrive. There is also a confusion about the guest house name, when you type Amba in Google maps you are diverted to OYO room

Quiet road, next to a big one with many shopping opportunities. Far away from main sights and the Chowk. Hard to get in after 10pm (had to ring the door bell for 15 minutes). Too many men at reception who stare at you. Room is OK, nice size. Hot water in the bathroom is a big plus. Please provide more toilet paper and more free water.
