Our stay at this resort was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made us feel instantly relaxed. The property is beautifully maintained, surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful views that perfectly blend nature and comfort.

Best location
Location 10/10. Food 10/10. Service 10/10. Rooms, bathroom, Restaurant needs maintainance and some good ambience. Please add tools for kids swimming jacket, floater etc

One of the worst resort, AC not cooling well, fan very slow, food options limited and costly, rooms are stinking, pool not maintained. Overall the worst experience. One of the

Average Stay
The resort is located at a remote location, amenities are not maintained well.. service is slow, very few staff to handle the resort, the manager was not very polite, behaved like we came to disturb the property

Terrible Stay
The rooms are good but the cleanliness needs to be maintained, we had to leave within 2 hours of checking in as the other guests at the hotel were a group of horribly drunk people, we reached at the hotel around 6pm & the loud music was being played by them, we asked at the hotel reception (which is just a table) who put this music, hotel or the guests? They replied saying it’s the guest’s music, the music, other guest’s terrible behaviour of not letting anyone else use the premises i.e pool & other other areas pissed us to the core, we asked hotel management if they can ask them to turn down the music volume, they said no, its their stay they booked it so we cant help with it, we tried to calm down & find peace in chaos when we went upstairs (dining area) thinking we can chill here a little, but the drundard group started singing along the vulgar songs that were playing loudly on speaker, 2 of them came up where we were sitting & start bursting firecrackers, there was nobody upstairs till we went up, but they had to come up the moment we went there, whole group of those drunk people were awfully looking at us it felt unsafe & we had to leave, hotel didn’t take any responsibility, no care or consideration towards other guests needs. Just 1 guy named ankit from the management ( f&b) was good but the whole experience was terrible

soloHad a three day stay . The resort is well located with a good view. The tent accommodation is neat and comfortable . Enjoyed my stay.However a lot needs to be done to improve the standard of catering and table service standards and not to mention the cleanliness and hygiene etiquette’s of staff and visitors too in the artificial lawn laid out around the poolside and restaurant staff and to make it a really memorable

Property outside is good too good but rooms were pathetic noproper cupboard or wardrobe to hang or keep clothes bathroom was smelling for long wth phenyl food was good ambience was good receptionists was rude n loud : waiters was good so altogether average experience room its very small not upto the mark

Poor Stay
The only good part of the place was the location. This place is located by the lake. However not all tents have the lake view as described. 1. The food wasn't great 2. The guy at the receptionist was rude and wasn't ready to make any changes requested to the accommodation even though the property was almost empty on our arrival 3. The place gets really dark in the night. They informed us the outdoor lights weren't working on day1 but next day the place was fully booked n occupied on day 2 they switched all the outdoor lights on 4. The tent is not worth the cost at all. And most of all doesn't feel secure / safe as the door doesn't close properly

Terrible Stay
The property location is really good. The maintenance is very bad. They were not expecting guests despite we have reservation. There is a change in management. Don't pay for three meals upfront. They have very limited menu. They didn't provide dental kit.

Terrible trip
There is no proper road to reach this place. If we have booked this property they are not going to provide water also. No room service at all. We have to approach reception for anything.
