The rooms are good but the cleanliness needs to be maintained, we had to leave within 2 hours of checking in as the other guests at the hotel were a group of horribly drunk people, we reached at the hotel around 6pm & the loud music was being played by them, we asked at the hotel reception (which is just a table) who put this music, hotel or the guests? They replied saying it’s the guest’s music, the music, other guest’s terrible behaviour of not letting anyone else use the premises i.e pool & other other areas pissed us to the core, we asked hotel management if they can ask them to turn down the music volume, they said no, its their stay they booked it so we cant help with it, we tried to calm down & find peace in chaos when we went upstairs (dining area) thinking we can chill here a little, but the drundard group started singing along the vulgar songs that were playing loudly on speaker, 2 of them came up where we were sitting & start bursting firecrackers, there was nobody upstairs till we went up, but they had to come up the moment we went there, whole group of those drunk people were awfully looking at us it felt unsafe & we had to leave, hotel didn’t take any responsibility, no care or consideration towards other guests needs. Just 1 guy named ankit from the management ( f&b) was good but the whole experience was terrible
