Flat is worth giving a try, but don’t expect any other facility like a hotel gives. Of-course its an apartment and not a hotel, but just saying come prepared for it. Unfortunately one of the toilet bowl flush tank was leaking fresh water on operation and geyser was inoperational. Should be rectified for guests considering am-out being taken.

It's a normal apartment with two rooms, ac in one room, tv not working, no hot water and poor service. For a night we mange with this comfort. Ok fine

I hope this message finds you well. I feel compelled to provide feedback regarding my recent booking through makemytrip for a service apartment, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, i was dismayed to find that the apartment was in a deplorable condition. Numerous amenities were broken, and there was a complete absence of essential items. To make matters worse, there were no bedsheets provided, rendering the accommodation unhygienic and uncomfortable. Regrettably, the total amount paid for the reservation feels like a complete waste, given the substandard conditions of the apartment. I believe it is crucial for makemytrip to be aware of such issues to maintain the trust and satisfaction of your customers. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter, hoping for a swift resolution and appropriate action against the service apartment in question. Your assistance in rectifying this situation will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Also what ever i have paid i would like to request for a refund.

The room was terrible broken cots fixed with wood and metal pieces for support here and there, screws and nails protruding out. Walls with unpainted sections of plaster, dirty walls. Bathroom that hasn't been cleaned properly. Undusted floors unacceptably dirty bedsheets without any pillow covers and a dead pigeon on the verandah utter and total disappointment had to accept the booking as it was non-refundable and we were not in a position to search for some other place at that time. Never expected such a poor property
