The rooms were not maintained, there were damp smell in rooms, staff dont answer the calls and the room service was terrible.

Rooms are spacious and great to stay. Hygiene is proper with clean rooms and well behaved staff. Nearby market and restaurants are easily reachable.

It was a very good hotel. 24 hours hot water supply. Heater provided. So inspite of cold weather we had a pleasant stay. Friendly staff. Quick room services

The location of the hotel is superb. Near to all basic needs. Yatra parchi counter, food outlets , shopping complexes are just a few steps away. Reception staff is awesome and chk in and chk out is so smooth.

Great property... Amazing location The rooms and the bathrooms are really nice and cozy. The staff is amazing - such warm hospitality They went out of their way to make our short trip to Vaishnodevi memorable. There are so many of our favourite snack and food brands right in the premises itself- Subway, Sagar Ratna etc. Highly recommended for anyone going for darshan. Thank you 🙏
