Nice hospitality, room is clean and vow if ghat from the room is excellent. Breakfast and evening refreshments are amazing. Evening musical concert pleasing your mind. Hotel srvices are excellent.

it was a comfortable stay staff is very nice and courteous food was fresh and yummy only problem is the cab the hotel charges double rate for the cab normally the cab for the airport is 700 they're asking for 1900 which is too much bcoz the approach of the hotel is little interior so difficult for tourists and the hotel is taking advantage of that otherwise my stay was very comfortable 😀

The true flavour of varanasi

Varanasi was flooded and incessant rains, the stay at the hotel, nevertheless, compensated for all the problems. Breathtaking view of the ganges, tastefully decorated rooms, and the unparalleled ambiance of the haveli to mention a few. The staff were polite and cordial. The services were excellent. The food was good. Vegetarian only. Some items were good but not all.

Great experience in varanasi

The property is located near shivalik ghat. The hotel provides free boat service for ganga aarti. The rooms are clean, breakfast is good, hotel staff is courteous. The hotel also facilitates guide for mandir darshan, which makes darshan easy in short span of time. Overall the experience was very good.

Right next to the ghat, well maintained property, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Food well made. Something that most of us don't find at one place however this one marks all the boxes at once.

Excellent stay, great location, wonderful hospitality and customer service by hassan. If you are in spiritual tour and just want to stay away from all hustle and bustle for the time being, this is the place. Classical singing and flute in evening will give you soothing and awesome feeling. Will visit again.

Excellent stay. Clean, courteous staff and great location overlooking the shivala ghat. Private entrance to the ghat. Good location for the sub rise view. Excellent food and excellent hidden jewel in varanasi.

I have to thank amritara personal from front desk to dinning and room services for their care, smiling face and humbleness, sharing interesting anecdotes and making my trip such a peaceful success. A small quaint little clean and prime heritage property right next to ganga river on shivala ghat is a perfect to enjoy varanasi heritage.

The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle, whilst remaining well connected to key tourist spots. The river view and private ghat is an additional plus point. There was a health issue with the friend traveling with me. All staff was extremely supportive and stayed up at night to make sure everything got resolved as soon as possible. The facilities are also very nice for varanasi's standards.

Perfect place to stay if you are planning a trip to kashi. They have internal stairs which lead to ghat direct. Food is amazing, probably the best ever in my experience. Their staff is over helpful. They catered our each and every request. Very clean rooms.
