TERRIBLE STAY
I checked in at about 4 pm .. AC in the first room failed to cool and they showed me another room where ac was not working as well .. finally the room given was ok .. to my surprise tv failed to start this time .. when brought up .. it was old faishoned tata sky which was missing a recharge .. Manager was not at all courteous and didnt bother to say sorry as well .. proudy chap living in his own world

We take all guest reviews seriously and we would like to inform that you had booked a Superior category room and despite that, we gave you a room category upgrade without any additional charges. Furthermore, the room boy started the TV right in front of you immediately after you asked. Even we were apologizing for the inconvenience, but you were not ready to listen. Despite all of this, you were stating that you will either check out the room or you require compensation, specifically that you wanted us to add breakfast for you free of cost. Many things like way of talking late service ..They even sent me things that I had not ordered.Not picking call after 3 to 4 rings . Bad behavior! Kitchen manager

The hotel property was big but not properly maintained. our room AC was not working and it's took an hr to change a room.

Staff behaviour is veru rude. Staff is non coprate. I am totally unhappy with hotel staff and never suggest anyone to go to hotel clarks inn panchkula. Staff behaviour is very rude. I am totally unhappy with hotel staff.

Excellent Stay
The hotel is very close to the chandigarh highway. It was very easy to locate and reach. Rooms were very spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff is also very polite. Dominos and inox are right next to the property.

The stay was great, property was also good and the rooms were very neat and clean. Special shoutout to dev who was at the front desk, he was very hospitable. Food was also good but i feel it can be better. Cheers!
