Hotel location is nice. Excellent facilities at the hotel. Staff was very cordial and supportive. Food was wonderful. Room service great. Feel-ed very safe and secure. I would love to visit anaaya hotel again. Neat and clean rooms. Everything was wonderful. Very safe for couple stay.

It was a horrible experience. There was no bedsheet or pillow cover in the hotel room. Even they were not responsive. If i called for food or something in the reception they make excuses of 5 mins and here it ends. No response. So i had to rush down in the reception hall to making it down! it was one of my bad bad experience here!
