The hotel was worth the money! staffs were well behaving including guard to receptionist. Only fan should improve it seems it will break down and also regulator it has only two options either 1 or 5 working. Dinner was very tasty. Thank you. And the best thing about the hotel was tv was was working including all channels. It's very exceptional we need it & even in 4 to 5 star hospitals it doesn't work even if works very few channels work. Thanks a lot for this feature.

Excellent service and staff. Location to kolkata railway station was my primary reason to book and just stayed a night but i loved the ambience of the hotel and the staff

It was really a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the a. C. Was working well, and the room service was at its best. The food i ordered was cooked and served very well. Good for it!

Hotel is conveniently located near kolkata railway station, although the area is a bit desolate/isolated. Connectivity to all local hotspots is good and you can uber your way from hotel. Prices were reasonable. Rooms are clean and they provide many accessories like toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, comb etc, i am an avid traveller and i have seen this in very few hotels. Food and room service is excellent at reasonable prices.

It was very good! we went for an exam. But we were forced to take one of the busiest train of the bunch. And it was a good retreat for an 12 hours.
