Charged extra ₹200 for AC usag
Despite the property's good location, I had a disappointing experience. The amenities listed AC rooms, but the host asked for an extra ₹200 daily for AC usage. When I pointed this out, justifying the additional charge. I was also given a different room shown in the picture while booking. I found this practice unfair and won't recommend this home stay. Instead, I'll look for more transparent options for future bookings.

coupleI had a lovely stay in Anandam homestay. It really felt like home to me with all the basic facilities. Transportation to this property is also very good. Above all owner maam is too sweet😍😍

property is located near Janaki Setu. One can visit Janaki Ghat easily walking. Ram Jhula is not too distant from there. So property 's location is good for enjoying Ganga Ghats of Rishikesh. It is situated near Kailash Gate, where you can reach riding a auto rickshaw. Auto rickshaw charge is 20/- par head from Rishikesh Bus Stand. Room amenities are good. They provide what they claim. Toilet was clean and well fecilated. Also a kitchen. Owners are well behaved. One can stay there happily. But room rent is higher than what should be.

The room was clean, comfortable, and there was a small kitchen as well. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the spiritual and adventurous side of rishikesh. Overall, a memorable experience that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend

Average Stay
It's a small but well maintained homestay with all basic amenities. Only issue is that it's bit far from ghats and without hiring 2 wheeler, it becomes very tiring

Poor Stay
No change of bedsheet in 3 days, monkeys comes there scaring, no cleaning despite cleaner came & she & her husband said it’s holiday! wall clock was not working for 2 days till ask to set right! difficult to reach property as no conveyance! being sr citizen we were on 2nd floor despite well in advance booking! poor & will not opt. Did not click pics.

The stay was a great experience for me and my family. The rooms were in perfect condition, with all the details taken care of. The hosts were very nice and helpful in our stay. The location is also great and it is easy to find(do contact the host first. We had a wonderful stay at the place.

A halt with peace
This place is real cool, free from hustle, quiet which we all want to experience to get away with city life. It's situated in between Rishikesh city and Tapovan which offer right balance to connect both places easily. Near by ashram for yoga and satvic food makes your perfect day to reactivate your missing life. Host are fantastic 🤘🤘🤘 they made room perfectly balanced which we saw in MMT. Thank you for this trip. Decent property
familyIt is a nice and cozy property. Budget friendly and simple location. Owners live opposite to the property and are friendly and approachable too. We had induction, tea leaves, salt, sugar and basic utensils available to cook ourself.
