Terrible Stay
Bathtub is stinking, no hot water for drinking. Kettle in the room is not working . Even showing some offer they have there terms there to avoid all the discount as mentioned during booking .

Terrible Stay
Not worth the high price. The stay was very unpleasant — the AC wasn’t working, room service was delayed, and the floor was in poor condition. Even after informing the reception, there was no proper response or concern shown. Overall, it was a terrible and disappointing experience. Definitely one of the worst stays I’ve ever had.

Great location and nice property
Nice place with friendly staff. The property looks like its been renovated recently but lacks the modern ambience of the newer properties. There is ample parking space which is not common in the city. Its located within walking distance from the beach and white town. There is a pool and the Urban Nomads scuba dive office is located at the property.

Rooms and service was excelent, hotel location is in the heart if the city, so we can access the tourist locations easily, we had a good time in the pool.overall it was nice experiance.

I stayed at Ananda Inn, Pondicherry last night and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a classic charm — it’s well-maintained, comfortable, and feels both old and reliable. The service was excellent; the staff were attentive and very courteous. The breakfast buffet was decent, with enough variety to start the day well.

Great stay for the price
Hotel was overall good. Best for family stays. We were also given complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was simply great having different varieties. Also, the price we paid for the hotel was below 4K for a single room for 2 people which is quite affordable. It is also very near to several beaches making it perfect for tourists. One thing I would like to say is that we were promised Jacuzzi in our room, but we didn’t find one. Didn’t complain to the room service, since we were already more than satisfied with the rest of the hotel facilities like spa, swimming pool, etc. Overall a great stay.

Location is great. Rooms are spacious. Property is old or not maintained well, very aged look and feel. Bathroom / taps very poor condition. Getting hot water on time is lucky. Front desk seemingly make customers stay away from pool, don’t know why. Response / help from front desk is non existent almost, unless you keep chasing. Breakfast is one of the worst menu and quality of food served during breakfast is next to unacceptable.

Terrible Stay
Overall hygiene and facilities are good. But in middle of the night someone knocks the room and runs away and the management didn't help with this issue and the staff tried to barge in forcefully even if the door was locked from inside .

Location is excellent, Food was good not very great. Service Room cleanliness is also good. Some of the furnitures are old and needs refurbishment or changes.
