The room was neat and clean hot water tv is doing all the work. The behavior of the staff and owner was very good.

1. The service was not upto the mark (there were cockroaches in the bathroom) 2. Though i paid for an ac room, ac was turned off frequently.

We booked a room for 3. When we reached hotel, we found that there is not enough space for an extra bedding. The behaviour of staff was not appropriate & we were also not provided with any toiletries.

An average hotel, staff is supportive.

At first they gave us the dirtiest room of their hotel. I felt like puking, then i complained to Make My Trip support room was changed. Still the 2nd room was dirty though, no ventilation was there, no operational ventilation was there in room. I was provided with another room the 3rd one with no Tv working and no working lights and charging points. Again i was given the 4th room, with dirty floor. Room was Small walls were poorly corroded and putty was pasted on it, Bathrooms taps were jammed by corrosion. AC was Non Functional. If you're there and you see AC is not working, I recommend you to ask them for room with exhaust system otherwise you may die with suffocation. Useless Channels on TV. You can choose this hotel only if you don't have any other option.(All the rooms they have in Basement are their luxuries)

Nothing very great about this place. It is another decent place to stay for a decent budget. The food is not very great and saying that not bad either. It is just OK for a one or two day stay. Do not expect much .. Rooms and service are OK but value for money. The rooms are poorly maintained,

The rooms are clean with all basic amenities, though you may find it a little small. Hotel Staff is very friendly and humble. There is no such differences among Deluxe, Premium and Executive rooms except the view. Overall its a good place to stay. Hello I Stayed in the Hotel and gelt very Safe and enjoyed its standardized facilities and relaxed and read a book in the lovely balcony with the sun ... The bed is really cozy and so are the pillows! Shower enclosure is good! Staff helpful and very cooperative.

This was a surprise hotel for me. I had not expecetd the amenities I got in my short stay. The check-in was couteous and the room usher was excellent. There was a welcome package and the rooms ervice was good and hospitable. The rooms were good and ccleand and decor good ., Hotel is very neat and clean, Room service was Excellent. FOOD quality is good and very tasteful, food which is very delicious ever I tasted. All over Good and comfort. Adding WiFi facility will make very good

This is a fantastic hotel. Special thanks to front desk. Always friendly and smiling. All staff is attentive and pleasant. Breakfast spread is good. Though hotel is old it's well maintained. Rooms are nice. Facilities are good. Highly recommended. The rooms very neat and clean with the service was very prompt. They had a lavish spread for breakfast and all that we ordered in the room was absolutely delicious.

The staff are welcoming and help you with anything you need. The decor is beautiful and the rooms are very comfy. The staff were helpful and friendly, and our room was clean and cozy. The noise from the street was a bit loud. The location itself of this hotel was convenient.

We had a very pleasant and enjoying stay in this hotel, location, rooms, staff everything was real good. Room was neat and adequate, not luxury. The Bath and toilet were clean and provided with towels and soap. The staff were helpful and courteous. Hotel rooms are excellent & also the staff, WiFi facility available.

The service was really appreciable and quick. The food was delicious. Staff was courteous and took care during the stay Rooms were clean with nice view. I am looking again for further visits to have an amazing time. Everything very nice: very friendly staff, very helpful for organizing trips and traveling; nice room with beautiful view.
