Review Of Angel Resort

Dear Team, As per the charges taken by the hotel, there were neither facilities nor food. Firstly, the condition of the room was very bad. The rooms were not that good. It was not cooling the room at all. There was no toothpaste for brushing teeth and there were no slippers for going to the bathroom. The high rate is taken and the service is very poor.

Customer service is 0 and food available in means on y 1 dish and that also tribal but worse thing is that after complain thay charge same food. Incredible management

Food is not good for pure vegetarian, other things and service overall good, room's are costly than quality

No service no professional people. I have to ask for basic amenities like cattle, tea bags etc. Room is very small and not very clean also. We had an extra mattress which was full of bugs. Overall i have to stay for one night only and these have happened i will not recommend anyone for this hotel.

It was a poor experience. There acs were not working consequently we have to change three rooms also their breakfast was of no taste and quality. Price was also high in compare with their hospitality.

The property is good but the service was not as expected. I would say it was average

Property location was good, big & maintained lawn. But rooms were small, water leaking in bathroom gysers, no sealed packed water bottle in the room, the bottle used were not hygienic, no water in bathrooms. So this way it was very bad experience. Water leaking from gysers

Beat location but long form main city, food quality & service good, staff behaviour is nice and helpful

The rooms which were provided was worst and property was also not upto the level which we paid we had to argue with the manager for the amenities and they asked for the payment for free e amenities don't suggest anyone to stay

Stinky rooms and beddings. We needed to ask fkr changing bedsheets. They didn't even change for a new booking. buffett was charged like 5 star restaurant. Dirty pool half closed water park. Closed early and asked to move out. Tv faulty asked for repair says we cant. Club house has broken game stuffs. Room was like rs 1000 never ever go there.

We stayed for 2 days. 14 and 15 april. With wife and two little kids. Room no 116. Room was good. Bathroom was small. Lunch and dinner we ordered in room. Very limited options. 3-4 pane-er things, dal etc. But overall stay was comfortable. But the real pain was water park. It was unclean, even non functional to some extent. As if the pools have not been cleaned since months. One of the two sliders was not working. Even children's small slider was not turned on despite our requests. The guards sitting there are really duffers. Or may be they were ordered to just ignore request of guests. I mean just think about it. This place is not a hill station. Not a beach either. Family will come here only to enjoy water activities mainly. And if that is so problematic, then what is the point in coming here, 30 kms away from Jaipur. Also, a large gathering of some company had also come there. That is okay. see people coming in towel and gamcha from the pool and crossing the dining area while going to their rooms, while people were having breakfast. Manager sehrawat - i talked to him over phone and he was kind enough to give us discount in extra chargeable water activity, which is rs. 450 for adults and 300 for kids. Overall i would say, some more professional approach is required. Thanks

It is a nice place to spend time with family, staff members are so nice, delicious food and peaceful place. We enjoyed a lot one day stay with family at angel resort.

The property is 50 minutes away from the city and is not too well maintainedthe waterpark is a health hazard of sortsthere's miss(kai) floating above waterthe rooms are not well maintained, in my room ac was not working and they asked me to wait till the time they repair iti had put up a big fight to get my room changedapart from this shortcomings there's also some positivethe resort is full of greenery and that is therapeutic in itself the food is also goodthe ambience and calm atmosphere is to be appreciated but they real need to put some effort in maintaining the rooms.

Poorly managed property. Rooms are okayish. Breakfast taste was not good. They will charge extra 350rs for the swimming pool on the name of water park. Gaming zone is having everything broken which can't be played but can serve as a show piece. Damaged pool table with bracken sticks, missing balls, no triangle frame, torn carpet. You can get much better hotel for the price. Jaipur city is around 1. 15 hours from the property.
