    Anita Nivas is a budget-friendly property located at a walkable distance from Matheran ticket counter. The owners are polite and helpful, making guests feel at home. The rooms and washrooms are clean, and the outdoor seating is comfortable. The homemade food is delicious and better than oily junk food available outside. The property is situated close to Matheran station and market place. However, the property is more than 1 km away from the market, and hot water in the bathroom is chargeable. Overall, it's a good option for a comfortable stay in Matheran.
