The property's location is an advantage. Other than the location the property is just OK. The elevator was out of service and we were given rooms on the third floor. No room boy for helping with luggage. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Could spot stains on beds and blankets. Looks like they were not washed/changed after the previous guest's checkout. AC cooling was not efficient. No complementary water bottles were provided. Overall Poor customer service.

I found the hotel very easily as it was nearby to ksrtc bus terminus & rail station both and was visible from 300mtr distance. But it was merely a lodge, not hotel !

There was no lift, staff behaviour was not that good, basic facilities were not provided like water etc, towels also we had to ask for it.

We had peaceful stay, no trouble, slept peacefully. Ac and hot water worked well. Toilet is clean. Overall a nice place to suggest.

It's safe and very good stay for family. Very good location means city center to stay. They have maintained neat and clean for rooms.

27-1-2024 evening i am booking this hotel makemytrip location 1. 2 km and maps search so hotel 37 km so i am cancel-ling request and support team side send mail and call to support team so inform me 24 hours return your money but not return my money lose my money 3500 rs. This hotel owner call but not response and call cut.

Basic facilities, service was alright. Way too costly for what they provide. Should have been 50% of the charge when compared to parallel hotels in the country

This is not good, it's not given water, bed also separate are there

Hotel is average only. Pillow covers not clean and have stains apart from that they are not even providing water bottles. Tv screen was broken and not working. So it's not a very good experience for me

Please don't suggest places like this. Very disappointed 👎👎

Be aware of the keep drivers they will cheat everyone. Instead of charging 50 rs per person they charge more.

Rooms were good and also staff. A bit disappointed on toiletries not provided

On asking they told they will not give shampoo, only soap they will provide that too lifebuoy, who wants lifebuoy soap, I just told not to provide. Rest all is good, clean and safe.

Change the address as Kadur not Chikkamagaluru.

The room which was provided to me was worst.

It's really a good hotel. Restaurants are also nearby and it is close to bus stand.

The location of the hotel is very central. Public and private transport is easily available. Hotel has no restaurant but can get food from outside at an extra charge. However, there are food stalls right outside offering meals and snacks. There is a convenience store on the ground floor of the hotel which is well stocked. There are are medical and other stores close by. The hotel is well maintained. Very strict about the check-in and check-out timings. Wi-Fi was not working. Service is very good.
Spacious and comfortable room. Easy check-in. Decent service.

Food facility was not there, if restaurant is there it is very fine.
