My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the room and overall building were clean and the hot/cold water worked well, there were several issues that affected our comfort.
The bedroom was extremely small with hardly any space to move around—suitable perhaps only for solo travelers. The bathroom had a faulty pipe, and when we brought it up with the staff, the response was dismissive, suggesting it could be fixed the next morning.
There was no air vent or proper ventilation in the room, which led to high humidity levels. The TV was not working, and on closer inspection, we noticed the wires were intentionally cut—an unnecessarily restrictive move.
Privacy was a major concern. The window glass was transparent and the curtain too thin, making it easy for anyone walking by to see inside if the lights were on.
Another disappointing issue was the Wi-Fi. Although there was a strong signal visible on our phones, the staff claimed that a road accident had taken it down—this seemed like a deliberate excuse to deny access.
On the positive side, the room came with a comfortable blanket, good turkey, and the place was generally clean and well-maintained. The hotel also provides parking facilities and has CCTV surveillance for added security, which is appreciated.
Overall, this hotel needs improvement in basic amenities, privacy, and honest communication with guests in order to offer a truly comfortable stay.
