coupleNo drinking water, no breakfast initially i have to fight for it, no spread in breakfast, unhygienic room, flush was not working, i have to pour water, no toiletteries, i don't know how i was charged rs. 6000 for my stay otherwise tarrif was only rs. 3200 only

Excellent room, service and restrurant
Excellent service, good and clean room. Good restaurant downstairs. Only thing is the hotel name is not anroute. It's satyug hotel. With shared google map from makemytrip; i couldn't find it initially. When i called the property owner and asked about the location. They said it's satyug. Then the auto driver dropped at the right place.

500m from mahakal jyotirling temple, rooms are very neat and clean, staffs are very cooperative. Is is in very prime location, tourist may select for family members.

It was wonderful time and rooms are well located at the back side of the building so that road side noice doesn't come while resting, as they have restaurant area in front. Which is a plus point when someone wants to rest. Staff is very friendly and active all time. I was there with my family and didn't face any issue except exhaust of a room was not working, and being closed room it is necessary to have exhaust working otherwise it gets humid.

Excellent Stay
We had a pleasant stay as the hotel staff was courteous and this place is quite close to the main temple. The restaurant cum sweet shop in the hotel has nice assortment, a must visit place for visitors

Check out experience was very bad. At the time of check in they said check out time is 10 am. Accordingly i booked taxi @ 10 am but the manager pressing for check out @ 9 am. There was no news paper as said in the policy

Cleanliness was biggest issue no hot water supply no proper water supply in taps room la locker was not working properly room and services was too bad as per charges no water supply even ro or normal
