The stay was good. The view from here is awesome. All the staff is very friendly and polite, always ready to assist there. Easy check in & check out is there.

Maple hotel is in a very good location, its river view is very good, the service of the hotel is also very good, the behavior of the staff is excellent, i will say to stay at maple hotel again, and invite my friends too, thank you so much

The resort was good, but lacked some basic amenities, the room didn't had basics like soap, toothpaste which are provided by the hotel, they even charged for the water bottles a fer the first day, and we had asked twice for our room to be cleaned but it wasn't, otherwise resort has a nice location facing a lake and the food was good, overall i would say it's good but is on a quite expensive side.

It was a horrible place, we checked out at night itself. Acs were not working. There was no one at the hotel. It was worst than a home stay

I paid an overly expensive price for a horrible stay. Small room, full of ants on bedsheet, cockroaches, horrible fridge you won’t even try to open fridge door. Multiple electric short circuit issues. Does make my trip does any kind of survey before putting such a place in the list. I wouldnt even pay 1000 a night for such a terrible place and make my trip charged me 7. 5k a night. I will try to use a better app next time. Would suggest people not to use make my trip for booking hotels. The only good thing was staff was very helpful and polite.

There is no updates about my booking. They are asking and try to confirm about payment, complimentary breakfast etc. Also claim extra cost for lodging. Please solve the matter as early

Jack place goa provide me on bed two mattresses attached so i feeling very uncomfortable at whole night i cant take sleep well so now i am feeling wasting my money for this
