I had a truly delightful experience during my recent stay, thanks to the impeccable hotel amenities and the outstanding staff. Stay was good, rooms were pretty decent but breakfast options should be improved. Swimming needs to be properly nit as the surroundings were very dark

Overall experiance is good. But hotel should provide basic utilities to all customer. As provided by other hotels you cannot expect everything a person comming for meeting carry with them.

Unlike other properties we do not provide the amenities in room due to hygiene issue. Other hotels tend to reuse the un used utilities by the following guest compromising on the health and hygiene of the guests. As a policy we provide all basic utilities on request to ensure that the unused products don't get reused by the following guests. This also helps us in maintaining our effort to Go Green and reduce our carbon prints. Overpriced and Extremely Dirty – Not Worth ₹6800!
I had a very disappointing stay at AR Suites Jewels Royale – Koregaon Park NX, Pune. I paid for a studio room and expected at least basic cleanliness and comfort from a property advertised as 4-star, but the reality was completely opposite. The room was dirty and poorly maintained – the door was loose and damaged, the wooden surfaces were full of stains and dust, and there were visible dirt marks all around. Fixtures like handles were broken and carelessly fitted, creating an unsafe and unpleasant environment. The overall hygiene was terrible, making the room feel neglected and far from livable. For the high price charged, the experience was nowhere near acceptable, and the property certainly does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel. I would strongly advise avoiding this place as it is not worth the money or the trouble.
